研究方向

包括開展與人類疾病如癌癥相關(guān)的細(xì)胞力學(xué)和力學(xué)生物學(xué)方面的基礎(chǔ)研究與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究工作,,并致力于發(fā)展基于力學(xué)的微米/納米尺度的生物醫(yī)學(xué)儀器。尤其在最近, 他發(fā)明了微流體生物芯片,,用于從病人的血液中檢測(cè),、分離并恢復(fù)極少量的活體循環(huán)癌細(xì)胞,在癌癥檢測(cè),、診斷和預(yù)測(cè)方面有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,。此項(xiàng)發(fā)明已贏得幾項(xiàng)研究成果獎(jiǎng)并已商業(yè)化。它還受到了世界范圍的廣泛關(guān)注,,并且正在各國(guó)幾家知名醫(yī)院進(jìn)行臨床測(cè)試,,也在美國(guó)和中國(guó)得到了批準(zhǔn),。
