研究方向
包括開展與人類疾病如癌癥相關的細胞力學和力學生物學方面的基礎研究與應用基礎研究工作,并致力于發(fā)展基于力學的微米/納米尺度的生物醫(yī)學儀器,。尤其在最近, 他發(fā)明了微流體生物芯片,,用于從病人的血液中檢測、分離并恢復極少量的活體循環(huán)癌細胞,,在癌癥檢測,、診斷和預測方面有廣泛的應用前景。此項發(fā)明已贏得幾項研究成果獎并已商業(yè)化,。它還受到了世界范圍的廣泛關注,,并且正在各國幾家知名醫(yī)院進行臨床測試,也在美國和中國得到了批準,。
