食品加工技術(shù)：焙烤過(guò)程,、乳制品過(guò)程、干燥過(guò)程,、超高壓食品加工,、高強(qiáng)度超聲波輔助食品加工、發(fā)光二極管(LED)食品加工技術(shù),、食品包裝納米技術(shù),。
現(xiàn)代功能食品：食品加工過(guò)程對(duì)功能構(gòu)效成分如天然抗氧化劑、異黃酮及益生菌等的影響,。研發(fā)新一代功能食品的創(chuàng)新加工技術(shù),?？谇患庸ぜ绑w外消化系統(tǒng)。
食品工程：食品過(guò)程的?；?、優(yōu)化和控制。現(xiàn)代建模技術(shù)如人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),，分形分析和計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)在食品過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用,。在線傳感器的研發(fā)。多變量控制,、魯棒控制,、非線性控制、模型基控制,。
