研究領域

食品加工技術：焙烤過程、乳制品過程、干燥過程、超高壓食品加工、高強度超聲波輔助食品加工、發(fā)光二極管(LED)食品加工技術、食品包裝納米技術。
現代功能食品：食品加工過程對功能構效成分如天然抗氧化劑、異黃酮及益生菌等的影響。研發(fā)新一代功能食品的創(chuàng)新加工技術。口腔加工及體外消化系統(tǒng)。
食品工程：食品過程的模化、優(yōu)化和控制。現代建模技術如人工神經網絡，分形分析和計算流體動力學在食品過程中的應用。在線傳感器的研發(fā)。多變量控制、魯棒控制、非線性控制、模型基控制。
